Summary

Expungement of police and court records.  Adds convictions vacated pursuant to a writ of actual innocence to the expungement procedures and requires that electronic records be included in the expungement. The bill also requires that the court and parties strictly comply with the expungement procedures set forth otherwise any expungement order is void.
