Sex offender registry notification; nursing homes and assisted living facilities.  Requires nursing homes and assisted living facilities, at the time a resident is admitted and during his stay, to provide the resident with notice of Virginia's sex offender registry, and how to access the registry on the State Police's website. The language is similar to the requirement in the Virginia Residential Property Disclosure Act.
