Helen Adekoya writes:

This is a tremendous act that sex offenders in nursing homes and assisted living facilities should be made to register their name. I guess it is a good step made further to protect the citizens of the states, but on the other hand I wonder about the purpose of this bill because I think it's unnecessary to make residents who are deteriorating in health and age to suffer additionally. I know they should be made responsible for their past action but I still wonder about the purpose of this registration?

It is good act but I will like to know the purpose of the registration.
