Description

State pool of funds for community policy and management teams. Adds children requiring mental health services not otherwise covered by private insurance or Medicaid, where services are necessary to prevent placement in foster care to the target population for whom state pool funds shall be expended. Expands eligibility for state pool funds to include children requiring mental health services to avoid placement in foster care. Amends § 2.2-5211, § 2.2-5212, of the Code of Virginia.
