Summary
Regional industrial facility authorities. Expands the
definition of "region" for purposes of creating regional industrial
facility authorities to include abutting areas, both within and outside the
Commonwealth. Also, member localities are specifically authorized to enter into
certain economic growth-sharing arrangements with localities outside the
boundaries of the Commonwealth.
