Summary
Enjoyment of easement; visual nuisance. States that
unreasonable interference with the enjoyment of an easement, if the easement
provides the principal route of ingress and egress to the owner of the dominant
estate's residence, includes placing objects or items adjacent to or in the
vicinity of the easement that create a visual nuisance. Fences, electric
fences, cattle guards, gates, or division fences shall not constitute an object
or item under the statute.
