Summary
Housing assistance. Allows counties with the county
executive form of government (Albemarle and Prince William) to provide for the
use of funds, other than state funds, to provide grants, loans, and other
assistance for county and school board employees, as well as employees of local
constitutional officers, to purchase or rent residences, for use as the
employee's principal residence, within the county.
