Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1.  § 1. The Virginia Department of Transportation shall forthwith provide by regulation that businesses that do not provide public restroom facilities, food, lodging, fuel, or destination recreational opportunities shall be included as eligible for signage under the Integrated Directional Signing Program.
