SB285: Highway construction districts; transfers Gloucester County from Fredericksburg to Hampton Roads.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. § 1. For all purposes of Title 33.1 of the Code of Virginia, Gloucester County will be a part of the Hampton Roads highway construction district and will cease to be a part of the Fredericksburg highway construction district.
