Summary

Fees for clerks, sheriffs, etc.  Provides that clerks, sheriffs and other officers may not receive payment out of the state treasury for services rendered in cases of political subdivisions or municipal corporations of the Commonwealth.  This prohibition currently applies to cases of the Commonwealth.   View Full Text »
