Description

Taxes and fees for the Virginia Water Quality Improvement Fund. Establishes a $1 per day lodging fee on the sale of hotel, motel, and similar rooms and provides that such revenues plus $40 million annually in recordation tax revenues shall be deposited into the Virginia Water Quality Improvement Fund for funding of water quality. Amends § 10.1-2128, § 10.1-2129, § 10.1-2133, § 2.2-1514, § 58.1-645, § 58.1-646, of the Code of Virginia. Read the Bill »
