Summary

Taxes and fees for the Virginia Water Quality Improvement Fund.  Establishes a $1 per day lodging fee on the sale of hotel, motel, and similar rooms and provides that such revenues plus $40 million annually in recordation tax revenues shall be deposited into the Virginia Water Quality Improvement Fund for funding of water quality.   View Full Text »
