Summary
Commonwealth Transportation Commissioner. Provides for election of the Commonwealth Transportation Commissioner by the Commonwealth Transportation Board with the consent of the Governor for a term of four years. In the event of a vacancy, an Acting Commissioner would be appointed by the Governor until the vacancy is filled by the Commonwealth Transportation Board.
