Summary
Driver's licenses; persons who use bioptic telescopic lenses.
Allows persons who use bioptic telescopic lenses to receive driver's licenses with
motorcycle classifications if they have lawfully driven a motor vehicle for a
year immediately prior to the issuance of such an endorsed license without
