Summary
Withholding taxes; information furnished. Provides
that no person filing a withholding tax return for an organization would be
required to provide his social security number for such purposes. However, such
person would be required to provide his name, social security number, wages,
and taxes withheld in any file or batch report that includes the same
information for all employees of the organization.
