Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1.  That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding a section numbered 23-7.1:03 as follows:

§ 23-7.1:03. Reduced in-state tuition for children of faculty and staff members.

The board of visitors of each public two-year and four-year institution of higher education in the Commonwealth shall provide reduced in-state tuition rates for the children of faculty and staff employed by the institution, effective for the 2008-2009 academic year.
