Summary
Law-enforcement escorts. Provides that any federal,
state, or local law-enforcement vehicle used in conducting a funeral escort,
wide-load escort, dignitary escort, or any other escort shall be considered an
emergency vehicle and is exempt from obeying certain regulations such as speed
limit and traffic signals and signs.
