Summary
Income tax; checkoff for Department for the Aging. Provides
that the Department for the Aging may use any income tax refund contributions
received for providing Medicare Part D counseling. This would be in addition to
using such moneys for providing transportation services for the elderly and
disabled, which the Department is authorized to do under current law.
