RESOLVED by the Senate, the House of Delegates concurring, That the General Assembly confirm the following appointment by the Board of the Department of Game and Inland Fisheries pursuant to § 29.1-103 of the Code of Virginia:
James Carlton Courter III, 12723 Walton Ridge Lane, Midlothian, Virginia 23114, to serve as Director of the Department of Game and Inland Fisheries effective November 1, 2006.
