RESOLVED by the Senate, That the following persons are hereby nominated to be elected to the Court of Appeals as follows:

The Honorable Larry G. Elder, of Dinwiddie, as a judge of the Court of Appeals for a term of eight years commencing May 1, 2007.

The Honorable Robert P. Frank, of Newport News, as a judge of the Court of Appeals for a term of eight years commencing March 16, 2007.
