Description

Approval of certain proffered conditions. Provides that in any instance in which a locality has accepted proffered conditions that include pedestrian improvements in a "transit station area," as defined by a locality, the Virginia Department of Transportation may review such improvements, but any final approval of the improvements shall rest with the governing body.
