Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1.  That § 32.1-245 of the Code of Virginia is amended and reenacted as follows:

§ 32.1-245. Toxic substances.

The Board shall advise the General Assembly and the Governor as to all matters relating to toxic substances and shall report biennially on toxic substances in the Commonwealth.
