Summary

Informed consent for testing for human immunodeficiency virus.  Removes the requirement for separate oral or written informed consent for testing for human immunodeficiency virus and adds the requirement that a medical care provider inform a patient that the test is planned, provide information about the test, and advise the patient that he has the right to decline the test.
