Description

Virginia Retirement System; early retirement provisions for certain local government officials. Adds all county administrators to the list of local government officials that currently includes some county administrators and other local government officials who may retire without a reduction in retirement allowance upon attaining age fifty, if they are involuntarily dismissed or are not reappointed. Amends § 51.1-155.2 (“Exceptions from general early retirement provisions for certain local government officials.”), of the Code of Virginia. View Full Text »
