Summary

Elections; voter registration; and electronic administration systems.  Reduces the period of time that registration records must be closed before a general or primary election from 28 to 14 days beginning January 1, 2010.  The bill also authorizes localities to acquire electronic administration systems such as electronic pollbooks that have been approved by the State Board of Elections for use in elections.
