Comments
Localities that choose land use valuations should not be rewarded with additional state aid at the expense of those localities that don't. This benefits Counties at the expense of Cities.
Apparently Jim never goes out of the city. Open space is enjoyed by city people who like to see the countryside. Surely Jim knows that farmers are having a very hard time. Does he want to see more give up and sell to developers? Keep in mind that it is city people that are coming down and bidding up the land to levels that are used to show that rural counties are wealthy and able to pay for schools at a rate similar to Northern VA schools- .8000 lci.
