Sounds like a good idea since DMV already does this for other types of dealers. It will also increase the turn around time concerning complaints. Currenlty, complaints go to the dealer board and if they can't be resolved and appear to be a criminal violation they are then forwarded to DMV's Enforcement Division for investigaiton.
