Summary

Board for Towing and Recovery Operators; executive director and staff. Provides that the executive director and other staff of the Board for Towing and Recovery Operators will be employees of the Department of Motor Vehicles designated by the Commissioner of Motor Vehicles. The bill also repeals the provision of law that presently exempts the Board's executive director and staff from the Virginia Personnel Act.
