Description
Commercial drivers; DUI testing after accident. Provides that commercial drivers who are involved in an accident required to be reported are to be treated as though there is a reasonable suspicion that they were driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol and that the procedures for DUI testing and arrest will apply.
