Department of Charitable Gaming; prohibited practices acts; bingo prize money.  Requires qualified organizations to separately account for bingo cards and the sheets used for bingo jackpot games from bingo cards or sheets used for any other bingo games.  Currently bingo cards and sheets used for bingo jackpot games must be sold separately.
