Description
Department of Charitable Gaming; prohibited practices acts; bingo prize money. Requires qualified organizations to separately account for bingo cards and the sheets used for bingo jackpot games from bingo cards or sheets used for any other bingo games. Currently bingo cards and sheets used for bingo jackpot games must be sold separately. Amends § 18.2-340.33 (“Prohibited practices.”), of the Code of Virginia. View Full Text »

I don't see how this would accomplish anything other than adding an additional layer of paperwork for the bingo operators.
As I read this the only thing changed is the wording
sold
is changed to:
accounted for
What would this actually mean in practice?
