HB1344: License plates, special; issuance to United States Navy chief petty officers.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. § 1. Special license plates; U.S. Navy chief petty officers.
On receipt of an application and presentation of written evidence that the applicant is or has been a chief petty officer in the U.S. Navy and following the provisions of § 46.2-725 of the Code of Virginia, the Commissioner of the Department of Motor Vehicles shall issue to the applicant special license plates for U.S. Navy chief petty officers.
