Comments
Is there any section of I-95 that is between the Potomac and Fredericksburg? The Potomac runs generally parallel to I-95. Fredericksburg and the Potomac are generally East of I-95.
I-95 crosses the Potomac at the Woodrow Wilson Bridge - it is an overlay with I-495/beltway. It's also where I-95 enters Virginia.
I believe, but am not certain, that the City limits of Fredericksburg also crosses I-95.
