If we can't come up with the money necessry for vital things like a new tunnel or a new road then things like this (a 30 percent pay increase) should be backburnred until time are better.

200 dollars per diem is adequate for a substitut for now. There are too many Virginians facing losing jobs and homes for money to be used for raises like this....it's too high a raise at this time....
