Service-disabled veteran-owned small business programs. Aligns Virginia's eligibility requirements for participation in the Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Program with federal eligibility requirements set by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. Amends § 2.2-2001 (“Administrative responsibilities of the Department.”), § 2.2-4310 (“Discrimination prohibited; participation of small, women-, minority- and service disabled veteran-owned business.”), of the Code of Virginia.
