Description

Local governing bodies and local school boards. Requires local governing bodies and local school boards to annually publish their approved budgets online. If there is no local government website or local school board website, the budgets must be available in hard copy.   Amends § 15.2-2503 (“Time for preparation and approval of budget; contents.”), § 22.1-93 (“Approval of annual budget for school purposes.”), of the Code of Virginia.
