Summary
Duties of the Division of Legislative Services. Adds to the duties of the Division of Legislative Services the responsibility for providing an annual report to all standing committee chairmen in the House of Delegates and the Senate, relative to the purview of the respective committees, of any report, action, or data collection required by legislation, except the appropriation act, or otherwise requested by the General Assembly. This bill provides that the annual report must include information regarding such reports, actions, and data collection requested of state agencies and collegial bodies.
