Summary

Relating to placement of siblings; visitation.  Requires that all reasonable steps must be taken to place siblings together in the same foster home, unless such placement would be contrary to the best interests of the child or the child's special needs necessitate separate placement. This bill also requires that, where siblings are placed in separate foster homes, a plan shall be developed to ensure frequent and regular visitation and communication, unless visitation or communication is determined to be contrary to the best interests of the child.
