Description
Recycling glass containers. Requires all "on-premises" licensees of the Virginia Alcoholic Beverage Control Board to recycle their glass containers, if the locality in which they are located is within 50 miles of a recycling center. A $50 civil penalty is assessed on anyone who violates this requirement. Amends § 10.1-1422.01, § 4.1-103, of the Code of Virginia. View Full Text »
