Deferred disposition. Allows a court to defer disposition in and discharge and dismiss any criminal case subject to limitations already set forth re deferral and dismissal for specific crimes. Amends § 19.2-303.4 (“Payment of costs when proceedings deferred and defendant placed on probation.”), § 19.2-303.5 (“(Expires July 1, 2012) Immediate sanction probation programs.”), of the Code of Virginia.
