HB247: Hospital emergency departments; ability to access electronic health records.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. § 1. That every hospital that (i) engages in diversion at any time and (ii) uses electronic health records shall have the information technology capability to access electronic health records of other hospitals engaging in diversion in their emergency departments.
