Summary
Landlord and tenant law; appointment of resident agent by
nonresident property owner. Provides that for nonresident property owners,
in addition to the requirement for a rental agent to reside and maintain a
business office within Virginia, the City of Roanoke may, by ordinance, require
such agents to reside in such locality or in an adjoining locality. The bill
contains technical amendments.
