Summary

Alcoholic beverage control; mixed beverage restaurant licensees; liquor sale calculations.  Requires the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board to establish a system defining a uniform mixed beverage sale price based on volume of spirits sold. Such uniform sale price shall be used solely for the purposes of calculating gross receipts for mixed beverage restaurant licensees pursuant to § 4.1-210.
