Summary

Identification of body by next of kin.  Requires the medical examiner of the county or city in which a death occurs to notify the next of kin of the decedent that he has a right to view the body or to have other necessary procedures performed to confirm the identity of the body without delay and without being held financially responsible for any procedures performed for the purpose of identifying the body.
