Updates certain banking and fiduciary statutes to make them consistent with the changes made to the Code under the Small Estate Act (promulgated in 2006), namely raising the qualifying amount from $15,000 to $50,000. RICHMOND – Opponents of drunken driving are applauding the Senate for passing a bill to require even first-time DUI offenders in Virginia to install a device to prevent them from operating their vehicle while intoxicated.
