Summary
Higher education; sexual violence prevention. Provides that from such funds as may be appropriated for such purpose, the State Council of Higher Education for Virginia (SCHEV) must establish a full-time equivalent position to promote sexual violence prevention at public institutions of higher education. In addition, SCHEV must assist in the development of statewide policies regarding sexual harassment, sexual violence, inappropriate sexual relations, and the requirement for sexual violence prevention programs that provide strategies beyond risk reduction.
