Description
Neighborhood Assistance Act. Permits a neighborhood organization to make available to donors any remaining balance of its fiscal year 2006-2007 allocation of tax credits, if the organization was ineligible to participate under the Neighborhood Assistance Act in fiscal year 2007-2008 solely because the organization submitted its proposal for tax credits after the due date. The neighborhood organization would be allowed to make the tax credits available for donations made between July 1, 2007, and December 31, 2007, to a program conducted by the organization, which program otherwise would have been eligible for an allocation of tax credits had the organizations proposal been submitted by the due date.
