Summary

Affordable housing; price controls.  Changes the current requirement, which localities may include in their affordable dwelling unit ordinances, that the prices for resales and rerentals be controlled by the authority or locality from "for a period of fifty years" after the initial sale or rental transaction for each affordable dwelling unit, to "at least 15 years."
