HB348: VDOT; supplying information to and soliciting comments from Reston.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding in Article 15 of Chapter 1 of Title 33.1 a section numbered 33.1-223.2:18 as follows:
§ 33.1-223.2:18. Supplying information to and soliciting comments from certain homeowner associations by the Virginia Department of Transportation.
Whenever any provision of this title requires the Department to supply information to or solicit comments from the governing body of any county, city, or town, the Department shall, under similar circumstances, supply such information to or solicit comments from any homeowner association embracing a population of more than 35,000.
