Summary

Board of Education; contracts with textbook publishers.  Provides that upon the request of an accredited private school in Virginia, the Board of Education must list such school as a co-party in any contract with a publisher for textbooks. The private school will be fully responsible for the purchase of the textbooks and other materials provided under the contract, and the Board of Education is immune from any civil liability as a result of a breach of the contract by a private school.
