Description
Interstate Compact on Educational Opportunity for Military Children. Establishes a compact to remove barriers to educational success imposed on children of military families because of frequent moves and deployment of their parents. The compact becomes effective when 10 states enact the compact into law. Amends § 22.1-360 (“Interstate Compact on Educational Opportunity for Military Children.”), of the Code of Virginia.
