Summary

Health maintenance organizations; deductibles.  Removes certain limitations on the deductibles that a health maintenance organization may require enrollees to pay. The deleted limitations cap the annual deductibles to the maximum permitted for medical savings account plans under federal rules or, if the federal program for these plans is terminated, the maximum deductible for the last year in which the federal program was in effect plus $50.
